Advantages of an Air Cooling System

 

Air cooling is a method of removing heat from a machine. This type of cooling system is used for a number of different engines and vehicles. However, it is not as effective as liquid-cooled systems.

An air cooling system is generally cheaper to manufacture, although it requires maintenance. It is ideal for smaller engine designs and aircraft. Unlike liquid-cooled systems, an air-cooled system does not require a water pump or water jackets.
